We offer shipping of online purchases to U.S. addresses only. All CōTZ orders are sent by way of ground shipping. Orders ship Monday-Friday. Orders placed over the weekend, or on observed holidays, will ship the next business day.
We have a 30-day refund guarantee for purchases made on cotzskincare.com, which means you have 30 days after shipping to request a return.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns are allowed within 30 days of shipping.
