Shipping Overview

We offer shipping of online purchases to U.S. addresses only. All CōTZ orders are sent by way of ground shipping. Orders ship Monday-Friday. Orders placed over the weekend, or on observed holidays, will ship the next business day.

Returns

We have a 30-day refund guarantee for purchases made on cotzskincare.com, which means you have 30 days after shipping to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns are allowed within 30 days of shipping. If you are not 100% satisfied with your CōTZ purchase, please email our Customer Service Department at info@cotzskincare.com or 1.800.332.5536. Please include your order number in the subject of your email, and a detailed description in the email body. A customer service representative will be in touch with a solution. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is a result of a product defect or our error. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping, handling or processing charges (if applicable) unless the return was a result of a product defect or our error.
